Developed to meet the standards of China’s prestigious Luban Award, the Guangzhou International Shipping Building is a landmark commercial complex that integrates advanced design, functionality, and sustainability. The project has received international recognition, including the Iconic Award 2024 (Winner) presented by the German Design Council, and has achieved China’s highest green building certification—Three-Star Green Building Rating.
The conference center is designed to create a bright, open, and visually transparent atmosphere. Warm color palettes are complemented by subtle wood tones, enhancing spatial depth while conveying a sense of comfort and professionalism. To meet both aesthetic and performance requirements, REXIN Class A non-combustible high-pressure resin panels were applied to wall surfaces, offering vivid colors and natural textures.
Beyond fire safety, the panels feature formaldehyde removal, deodorization, and VOC-reduction properties, enabling continuous air purification without additional energy consumption. This makes them particularly well suited for conference environments that prioritize health, sustainability, and long-term indoor air quality.
In the open-plan restaurant, dining and daily life are seamlessly brought together. Soft wood-grain and stone-inspired textures respond dynamically to natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The contrast between refined wood finishes and deep, expressive stone patterns reflects a balance between elegance and vitality.
With properties including fire resistance, environmental safety, and compatibility with wet cleaning and disinfection, the panel system provides reliable protection and durability—ensuring a safe, comfortable, and aesthetically refined dining experience.
