Far East Horizon International Tower, Shanghai

Product: A-Class Non-Combustible High-Pressure Resin Panels (TAIKA)

Quantity: 30,000 m²

Applications: Corridors, office wall surfaces

Located in the Yaohua Plot of the Shanghai Expo Area, the Far East Horizon International Tower enjoys a prime position along the Longhua Bay of the Huangpu River, offering 270-degree panoramic river views. The building’s architecture features a strong, geometric form combined with a transparent nine-grid façade, expressing the Eastern philosophy of simplicity, balance, and order.

To complement the building’s prestigious positioning and cultural character, REXIN A-Class Non-Combustible High-Pressure Resin Panels (TAIKA) were selected for extensive interior wall applications, with a total usage of 30,000 square meters. The panels are applied throughout corridors and office wall surfaces, creating a refined and cohesive interior environment.

Creative rosewood-inspired woodgrain finishes are used on walls and feature backgrounds, offering natural color tones and clear textures that enhance the space with a dignified, elegant, and culturally rich atmosphere. In corridors and other public areas, REXIN fabric-texture finishes are applied on a large scale. The soft, diffused woven texture gently reflects light, making the space brighter and more welcoming while maintaining a minimalist yet premium visual quality.

With its rich range of colors and textures, strong functional performance, and A-Class fire safety, REXIN TAIKA panels integrate seamlessly with Eastern cultural aesthetics in modern office environments. The result is a workspace that balances safety, functionality, and artistic expression—revealing a refined spatial aesthetic rooted in contemporary Oriental design.
