Established in 1996, REXIN is headquartered in Shanghai, with its manufacturing base and R&D center located in Jiashan, Zhejiang Province. With a strong focus on research and innovation, REXIN has grown into a leading High Pressure Laminate (HPL) manufacturer in China. In addition to its export business, REXIN maintains a solid market presence across major cities nationwide.
In 2021, REXIN became a wholly owned subsidiary of Guangdong Tianan New Materials Co., Ltd. (603725.SH), further enhancing its technical capabilities and market competitiveness through industrial collaboration. REXIN products comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASTM G21, JIS Z 2801, and ISO 22196 standards, and meet or exceed the requirements of NEMA LD-3, BS EN 438, and ISO 4586-2. The company is also certified by UL GREENGUARD, GREENGUARD Gold, Singapore Green Label, and DNV EC MED-B+D, holds SEFA membership, and complies with FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) requirements.

CE Certification (EU Construction Products Regulation)
This CE Certificate of Conformity verifies that REXIN TAIKA Non-Combustible High Pressure Melamine Board complies with the EU Construction Products Regulation (CPR) – Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011.
Issued by the EU-notified body UDEM, the certification confirms conformity with EN 13986:2004+A1:2015, the European standard for wood-based panels used in construction. It indicates that the product meets essential European requirements related to safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.
With this CE certification, REXIN TAIKA panels are approved for use in the European market, supporting applications where non-combustibility and regulatory compliance are required in building and interior projects.

China Classification Society (CCS) – Works Approval Certificate
China Classification Society (CCS) is one of the world’s leading maritime classification organizations and a member of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS).
This CCS Works Approval Certificate confirms that Zhejiang Rexin Decorative Material Co., Ltd. has been audited and approved to manufacture low flame-spread materials in accordance with SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) Convention requirements and IMO 2010 FTP Code standards.
The approved product — High Pressure Decorative Laminates (HPL) — has passed strict fire performance tests, including flame spread, smoke density, toxicity, and calorific value. It is approved for use on ships and marine structures when applied to non-combustible substrates, ensuring enhanced fire safety in marine environments.
This certification demonstrates Rexin’s capability to consistently produce materials that meet international maritime fire-safety regulations and classification society requirements.

DNV Module B & Module D Certification
We are certified under both DNV Module B and Module D, forming a complete conformity and quality assurance framework that guarantees product compliance and manufacturing consistency.
Module B verifies that our product design meets all applicable international marine standards, while Module D ensures that every unit produced continues to conform through a rigorously audited quality management system.
Together, these certifications enable full global market access, including compliance with the EU Marine Equipment Directive (2014/90/EU) and USCG mutual recognition, reinforcing our commitment to certified quality, reliability, and long-term performance.

UL GREENGUARD & GREENGUARD Gold Certification
Our products are certified under the UL GREENGUARD and GREENGUARD Gold programs, which verify that materials meet strict limits for chemical emissions. This certification confirms that our high-pressure laminate products contribute to healthier indoor air quality by emitting very low levels of volatile organic compounds.
GREENGUARD Certified products are suitable for use in commercial interiors such as offices and retail spaces. GREENGUARD Gold Certified products meet even more stringent requirements, making them appropriate for sensitive environments including schools, healthcare facilities, and other spaces where children or vulnerable occupants are present.
All testing is conducted according to UL 2818 standards and recognized international indoor air quality evaluation methods, ensuring compliance with global building and sustainability requirements.

China Green Building Material Product Certification
Zhejiang Rexin Decorative Material Co., Ltd. has been officially awarded the China Green Building Material Product Certification, recognizing its products’ compliance with national standards for environmentally friendly and sustainable building materials.
Certified at the One-Star Level, this certification covers Rexin’s Bamboo-Wood Fiber Integrated Wall Panel product range, including non-combustible high-pressure resin panels and decorative panels. The certification is conducted under a rigorous evaluation system that includes initial factory inspection, product sampling and testing, and ongoing post-certification supervision, ensuring consistent product quality and environmental performance.

Green Label Certification
Zhejiang Rexin Decorative Material Co., Ltd. has been awarded the SEC Green Label Certification for its REXIN® High Pressure Laminate (HPL) products, recognizing their compliance with environmentally preferred standards for surface coverings.
Certified under Green Label Category 42: Surface Coverings, this certification confirms that Rexin HPL meets strict requirements for environmental performance, supporting sustainable building practices and healthier indoor environments.

ESG Rating
REXIN (Zhejiang Rexin Decorative Materials Co., Ltd.), as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tianan New Material, actively participated in the Group-level ESG rating assessment.
During the evaluation process, the ESG rating agency conducted on-site visits and assessments at REXIN’s manufacturing facilities, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our practices in environmental management, production compliance, occupational health and safety, quality control, and social responsibility.
In alignment with Tianan New Material’s unified ESG governance framework, emission reduction targets, and management standards, REXIN strictly implements the Group’s ESG policies in its daily operations. We continuously promote green manufacturing, energy efficiency, responsible production, and employee well-being, while actively supporting the Group’s ESG data collection, verification, and improvement initiatives.
