Zhongyuan High-Speed Rail Exhibition & Trade City

Product: A-Class Non-Combustible High-Pressure Resin Panels (TAIKA)

Quantity: 10,000 m²

Applications: Restrooms, elevator lobby public wall systems

Developed by Henan Airport Development Group and jointly designed by RSHP and Tongji Architectural Design Institute, the Zhongyuan High-Speed Rail Exhibition & Trade City served as the main venue for the 3rd National Vocational Skills Competition. With a total construction area of 527,400 m², the project ranks among the largest of its kind in China and stands as an international landmark for Henan—positioned as a key gateway connecting Central China with the world.

For high-traffic public areas, including restrooms and elevator lobby wall systems, REXIN A-Class Non-Combustible High-Pressure Resin Panels (TAIKA) were selected, with a total application area of 10,000 square meters. These spaces demand not only strong visual order but also advanced safety, hygiene, and durability performance.

In the restroom areas, customized color schemes and mirror-finish effects create a bright, clean, and refined visual experience. Each panel functions like an independent unit within a precise matrix, integrating an A-Class non-combustible core with active deodorizing, antibacterial, and antiviral properties—aligning with the project’s vision of “enhancing people’s quality of life.”

The mold- and moisture-resistant substrate ensures long-term stability in humid environments, allowing the space to remain fresh and resilient over time while quietly delivering a sense of technological protection. In elevator lobbies, a sophisticated grey-toned palette and modular wall composition convey a calm, understated luxury, reinforcing a stable and dignified spatial atmosphere.

By combining advanced safety performance, environmental responsibility, and refined aesthetics, REXIN TAIKA panels support the creation of a high-quality public environment that reflects the project’s role as a national event venue and regional landmark.
